What kind of person are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, is able to work within a dynamic “start-up” environment and adapt to the changes that inevitably take place on an almost weekly basis.

We are looking for an individual who is an open communicator, wants to bring new ideas to the table, is able to prioritise workload and execute that workload without needing to be managed.

Customer support advisor

As a SaaS business our reputation is built on the ethos of always striving to ensure our customers are highly successful with our products. This role is a central part of that vision.

The right person for this role will be someone with a background in SaaS or computer technology. Perhaps you might even be someone within the construction or electrical contracting sectors looking for a change of direction for your career.

What you will be doing here...

  • Onboarding and training of new customers through online sessions
  • Ongoing support for customers by responding to help centre queries
  • Exceeding customer expectations with all interactions
  • Monitoring customer activity within the application
  • Be a driving force in how we can streamline and automate our processes

We would love to hear from you if you...

  • Have at least 1 year experience in the Software or SaaS sector or Electrical contracting
  • Are highly computer literate and comfortable using Mac computers, G suite products and Excel
  • Have experience within construction or electrical contracting sectors and are interested in tech
  • Can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills - A Level/University standard
