Who are we?

We are Rapid Tender, a software company specialising in highly innovative construction industry estimating software. What kind of person are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, is able to work within a dynamic “start-up” environment and adapt to the changes that inevitably take place on an almost weekly basis.

We are looking for an individual who is an open communicator, wants to bring new ideas to the table, is able to prioritise workload and execute that workload without needing to be managed.

What will you get from us?

In return for your hard work and dedication you will get all the good stuff such as flexible working, your birthday off, company Christmas trips and regular social events but more importantly you will get the opportunity to bring your creativity into a team of people who are open to new ideas and not afraid to implement them.
