The estimating industry spent decades stuck with slow, manual takeoffs and inflexible software. Countfire exists to change that.

History

Countfire was founded by childhood friends Will Jennings and Aidan Kane: an electrical estimator who knew the frustrations first-hand, and a software developer who knew they were fixable. Together they built something estimating software didn't have at the time: full automation made for estimators.

Mission

That idea now powers estimating teams across the world, taking takeoffs from days to hours and giving estimators their time back for the work that wins. Today, Countfire is led by co-founder Aidan Kane as part of TAG Software Group, with the long-term backing to keep building — better software for estimators, made by people who understand the work.

With a background in computer science and over 20 years in the industry, Aidan is well-renowned as a programmer and technical leader. Today, he helps Countfire's product and dev teams to iterate a product worth working on.

Operations Manager

With 20 years experience running projects and teams at digital agencies, Rachel keeps the Countfire ship sailing! Working closely across design, development, marketing & operations she ensures everything runs smoothly.
